Join Michelle, Emma, and Renah for the soft opening of Jab & Flow's yoga space!
Our inaugural class will give you a taste of all that yoga can be, as well as the different styles of yoga that will be offered in our new studio.
Michelle will teach an energetic, movement-driven power portion of the class, Emma will lead a slower, more mindful and mobility-focused flow, and Renah will close us out with deep stretches, gentle movement, guided meditation, and rest.
All levels welcome!
