Boxing Fundamentals & Strength & Conditioning
Since beginning his career in the fitness industry in 2005, Will's goal has been simple; to help people become the strongest version of themselves. As a strength coach, there is nothing he takes pride in more than watching his clients succeed and discover their true potential.
Will started his journey by climbing the ranks at metropolitan health clubs such as Bally Total Fitness and New York Sports Club, however most corporate style gyms are more concerned with sales than actually changing lives. While it was a great learning experience, Will knew he had to go a different route. Inspired by the warehouse gym model (made famous by pioneers like Joe Defranco) where the quality of training, atmosphere, and RESULTS are what's most important, Will decided to branch out and start his own business.
As an avid competitive athlete, Will is a 7x winner of Delaware's Strongest Man and also he's competed in Powerlifting and CrossFit. His most recent athletic pursuits have led him to learning directly from boxing coaches John Glover and Billy Lyell, becoming a Level 1 coach through Box N Burn Academy, and serving as a fundamentals coach at Jab & Flow Rehoboth.
Yoga Michelle Phillips is a registered yoga instructor based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. She earned her 200 hour training with Grateful Yoga School (Jesse Cassady) and has been teaching yoga locally for several years. She also has her Reiki Level 2 Certification.
Vinyasa is Michelle’s yoga of choice, both power and slow. In her class, you’ll clear your mind, find spiritual balance, and most importantly have fun. Her classes are known for great music, meant to motivate you to move — and if are lucky she will sing along and encourage you to do the same!
To Michelle, yoga is where the mental, emotional and physical body come together and release energy through movement and breath. Mental health awareness is a passion for Michelle because she has been through her own journey, and wants to share the gift of yoga with everyone. She particularly enjoys teaching new yogis just starting out in their practice!
