Refer a friend and get a $25.00 membership bonus!
For every friend that you refer who signs up for a membership, we will discount $25.00 OFF of your next month's membership! In addition, every friend you refer will also get $25.00 OFF of their first month's membership!
Simply fill out the form below to claim your referral bonus! Upon receiving your referral's first payment we will automatically adjust your following month's dues and apply your referral discount to their first monthly payment. To confirm, please ask your referral to notify us that you are their referral so you both can receive the appropriate discounts.
1. Up to $100.00 of referral discounts can be applied per month. Additional bonuses will be applied forward.
2. You must be an active Jab & Flow member to be eligible.
3. Couples and families count as one membership.
4. The $25.00 bonus does not apply for the new member if they are signing up under the 20% discount (family, hospitality worker, first responders, etc.).
5. Promotional memberships for Black Friday, New Year's etc. do not qualify for any referral bonuses since they are already deeply discounted.
6. You MUST report the referral within 30 days of the start of the referred membership to qualify for the referral bonus.
7. Non-recurring memberships (drop-in punch cards, week passes, etc.) do not qualify.
8. New member MUST remain a member for 3 months, or we will revoke the referral reward (in the form of charging both the new and existing member the amount of the referral discount).
