Glow with the Flow Friday, March 8th 6:00pm-8:00pm
Looking for something fun to do on a Friday night that doesn't involve going to the bar or sitting on the couch? Come hang with the Jab & Flow family!
From 6pm to 8pm on Fridays we invite you to come put on your gloves, get your mat, or just get out of the house and move a little bit! The blacklights will be on, music will be up, and we'll have plenty of snacks and good company.
If you've got kids, they're welcome too! We'll have a separate area set up with a glow-in-the-dark art project led by a teacher from Hammer & Stain.
Also, this is an Open Gym/Open Studio format (not a class), so you can pop in at any time. Just grab and friend and let's party!

Join Coach Dave and Coach Shirley for our next Krav Maga self-defense class! In this two-hour session, you'll learn a core set of effective and efficient self-defense tactics that will prepare you for any situation.
Originally adapted as the fighting system of the Israeli Defense Forces, Krav Maga is an easy to learn self-defense system that prepares everyday people to protect themselves against real-world threats.

Join Michelle, Emma, and Renah for the soft opening of Jab & Flow's yoga space!
Our inaugural class will give you a taste of all that yoga can be, as well as the different styles of yoga that will be offered in our new studio.
Michelle will teach an energetic, movement-driven power portion of the class, Emma will lead a slower, more mindful and mobility-focused flow, and Renah will close us out with deep stretches, gentle movement, guided meditation, and rest.
