YOUTH FUNDAMENTALS
Designed for ages 6-16, our youth class combines boxing and bodyweight conditioning drills into a fun, safe, action packed 45-minute class. Our mission is to help your children gain confidence, build discipline, and develop winning skills for life.
OPEN GYM CIRCUIT
Come in anytime on Fridays and Saturdays from 9am until noon to complete the 45-minute workout of the day! Flow through multiple rounds of bag work and essential boxing drills at your pace on your schedule.
Please Note: You will need your own hand wraps, gloves, etc. for all classes.

This unique class combines elements of Yoga and Steel Mace training to help improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. Each 45-minute class is a great way to enhance movement quality and boost recovery between training sessions. Please note: This is a standalone class and does not include boxing!
STRETCH & BREATHWORK
Stretch & Breathwork is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings and upper back. Deep breathing exercises are incorporated to help reduce stress and anxiety and to also improve breathing patterns. Ideal for anyone looking for a low impact, slow-paced class that will improve flexibility and ease chronic muscle tension. Please note: This is a standalone class and does not include boxing!
