ALL LEVELS FLOW
All Levels Flow is a class meant for any and all levels! Every class will be different, but what we can promise is that there will be plenty of time and space for play. We will offer modifications that will help you find the appropriate level and depth of each posture, so you can tailor the class to your own experience and comfort level. SLOW FLOW
Our Slow Flow class allows both new and experienced students an opportunity to practice the postures at a slower, more intentional pace. It’s a toned down version of our Power class, with more time to warm-up and establish breath, ample time to play and explore different variations of poses during class, as well as plenty of time to cool down and rest at the end. The use of yoga props is encouraged, and will allow for greater stability, strength, flexibility, and balance. You can expect stretching, strengthening, and balance being incorporated into our Slow Flow classes. YIN
We will rely on our breath, the natural force of gravity, and the support of props (such as bolsters and blankets) in this class. There won’t be any standing or balancing postures; in fact, almost the entire class will be seated or on your back. Yin yoga is appropriate for all levels, and is an excellent way to relax the body, calm the mind, and connect with yourself. It’s the perfect practice to reduce stress and bring balance into our busy lives. SLOW FLOW TO YIN
The first half of class is designed to move energy and get our breath flowing. The postures will be physically demanding, but at a slower pace than our Power classes. We will rely heavily on our breath to pace our movements and build the poses. The second half of class will incorporate stillness, as we hold postures for 3-5 minutes. The majority of the 2nd half of class will be spent seated or lying down. The goal is for the body to gradually relax and release in each shape. This practice’s aim is all about balance: of effort and ease, strength and flexibility, movement and stillness. POWER YOGA
Power yoga is our most energetic form of yoga, where students fluidly move from one pose to the next, while connecting their breath to their movements. This class is perfect if you're looking to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and physical and mental stamina in one session! MAT PILATES & MOBILITY
This class is for anyone looking for a low impact way to increase strength, core stability, and balance! With a mix of traditional mat Pilates and functional mobility exercises, the goal is to help improve posture, joint range of motion, and movement quality.

STEP HIIT
This high energy class is perfect for anyone looking for a motivating and effective way to build cardiovascular endurance and burn off extra calories! While Step HIIT can be fast paced, your instructor will always provide alternative options to suit different levels of fitness. Be prepared to get sweaty and have a ton of fun!

Our Strength & Conditioning class is a fun mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and conditioning drills designed for anyone looking to get strong and have fun while doing it!
