Each year, millions of children skip school and underperform academically due to bullying.
Our goal isn't teaching kids how to fight, it's to raise self-confidence and build self-esteem in our local youth through the patience and discipline learned through boxing.
We've learned that when you teach kids how to confidently defend themselves, they become more humble and will generally do everything possible to avoid a fight.
This 60 minute workshop is designed for kids and teens ages 6 through 16 to learn basic boxing fundamentals in a fun, encouraging, and safe environment amongst their peers.
