Will Harris, Fundamentals Coach
Since beginning his career in the fitness industry in 2005, Wills goal has been simple; to help people become the strongest version of themselves. As a strength coach, there is nothing he takes pride in more than watching his clients succeed and discover their true potential.
Will started his journey by climbing the ranks at metropolitan health clubs such as Bally Total Fitness and New York Sports Club, however most corporate style gyms are more concerned with sales than actually changing lives. While it was a great learning experience, Will knew he had to go a different route. Inspired by the warehouse gym model (made famous by pioneers like Joe Defranco) where the quality of training, atmosphere, and RESULTS are what's most important, Will decided to branch out and start his own business.
Over the past 17+ years he's coached athletes to over 100 top 3 finishes at sanctioned strength sport events, helped high-school athletes earn scholarships, trained celebrities, and worked with everyday people who just want to live healthier and happier lives.
As an avid competitive athlete, Will is a 7x winner of Delaware's Strongest Man and also he's competed in Powerlifting and CrossFit. His most recent athletic pursuits have led him to learning directly from boxing coaches John Glover and Billy Lyell, becoming a Level 1 coach through Box N Burn Academy, and serving as a fundamentals coach at Jab & Flow Rehoboth.
