JAB & FLOW EXPRESS Each workout is a 12 Round/45-Minute circuit of strength training, conditioning drills, and bag work designed for all levels. With rounds starting every 3 minutes, you can show up anytime and a coach will get you started on our Workout of the Day. So whether you're battling a jam-packed schedule or just prefer the flexibility of no set class times, you can get a challenging full body workout at your convenience!
FUNDAMENTALS

YOUTH FUNDAMENTALS
Designed for ages 6-16, our youth class combines boxing and bodyweight conditioning drills into a fun, safe, action packed 45-minute class. Our mission is to help your children gain confidence, build discipline, and develop winning skills for life!
WOMEN'S FITNESS BOXING
Learn the fundamentals of boxing with other women of the community in a safe and non-intimidating space. Expect to sweat like crazy and burn hundreds of calories while building your power, coordination, and confidence! Please note: This class is for women only.
